SMS Program — Recruiting & Applicant Communications

Operated by Vanguard Resources, Inc. (Texas S-Corporation, San Antonio, TX)  ·  Last updated July 10, 2026

Program Overview

Vanguard Resources is a facility-management consulting company serving healthcare, higher education, senior care, industrial, and government clients. As part of our hiring process, Vanguard operates an SMS (text-messaging) service used to send job applicants transactional updates about their own application: confirmation that an application was received, interview scheduling and confirmation, requests to confirm details such as availability or certifications, and application status updates. Messages are sent from a single Vanguard-owned phone number.

This is not a marketing program, a public service, or a consumer offering. No marketing or promotional content is ever sent. Enrollment requests are reviewed and confirmed individually by Vanguard’s recruiting team. Submitting the form below requests enrollment; it does not automatically add your number to the service.

This form’s sole purpose is opting in to receive SMS messages.

Vanguard Resources does not condition employment, consideration for any position, or any product, service, contract, transaction, purchase, or business relationship on submitting this form or on consenting to receive SMS messages. Consent to SMS is entirely voluntary and is the only thing this form does. Applicants who do not opt in are contacted by phone or email instead, with no effect on their application.

If you do not wish to receive SMS messages from Vanguard Resources, simply do not submit this form. No further action is required and nothing else is affected by your choice.

Who Is Enrolled

No employee, client, or member of the general public is enrolled through this program. Anyone who texts the service number without a confirmed enrollment on file receives no automated response and their number is not enrolled.

SMS Opt-In Request Form

Submitting this form requests enrollment in Vanguard’s recruiting SMS service for your job application. SMS consent is voluntary. Vanguard’s recruiting team reviews every request, verifies it against an application on file, and will contact you to confirm whether your number has been added. No SMS messages are sent to your number until enrollment is explicitly confirmed. Neither employment nor consideration for any position is conditioned on this consent.

U.S. mobile number capable of receiving SMS. Format: (210) 555-1234 or +12105551234.
Use the same email address as your job application so we can match your request.
